Elementary & Middle School

Enrollment process

  • Tour: We require a tour to get to know your family better and provide you with an opportunity to explore the school and its environment.
  • Application: You will receive an email with the application form. A $75 application fee will be invoiced upon submission of your application. 
  • Shadow Day: If possible, we like to schedule a full school day for your child to experience our school.
  • Application Review: Our staff will review your application to determine if our school is a good fit for your child. 
  • Decision Notification: Within 7 days of receiving your application, you will be notified via email about acceptance or denial. 
    • Scholarship Info: Thanks to generous donors, we have scholarship funds available for families in financial need. If you'd like to apply for a scholarship, we will send you the scholarship form once your child's application has been approved. 
  • Enrollment Process: If accepted, you will receive an enrollment form and financial agreement form. Once these forms are completed and returned, a $350 non-refundable enrollment fee will be invoiced via email.
  • Official Enrollment: Your child's spot will be secured once the enrollment fee is paid, making them officially enrolled at The Innovation School!

Tuition & Fees

  • Application Fee  - $75/child
    Invoice for application fee will be emailed once we receive your application form. Application fee is non-refundable. 
  • Enrollment Fee - $350/child
    Invoice for enrollment fee will be emailed once we receive your enrollment form. Enrollment fee is non-refundable.
  • Tuition
    • $900/month for 10 months (August 1 - May 1) 
  • Student Withdrawal Fee
    • ​If you choose to withdraw your student(s) from The Innovation School between August 1 and May 1 of the school year, a withdrawal fee equivalent to one month's tuition will be applied per student. This policy helps ensure continuity and stability for our students and staff throughout the academic year.

AM & PM Care

The Innovation School offers both AM and PM care to accommodate families' schedules and provide a safe, engaging environment for students before and after the school day. 

Times & Costs
  • AM Care: 7:45 AM-8:15 AM- $65/month per child
  • Full-time PM Care: 3:15 PM-5:30 PM- $225/month per child
  • Part-time PM Care: 3:15 PM-4:15 PM- $110/month per child

Deposits*
  • Full time PM care deposit: $450/child
  • Part time PM care deposit: $220/child
*This deposit will be applied toward the first two months of tuition if the program runs. However, if the program does not run due to insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Fees
  • Pick up is no later than 5:30 PM each day for full time, and 4:15 PM for part-time
  • Failure to pick up your student by this time will result in a late fee of $20 per occurrence
  • Drop in PM care can be provided for $10/student per occurrence (given the program runs) ​
